1. Introduction

Welcome to Revamp Homes. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of our website and the painting services provided by Revamp Homes in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region (Mumbai, Thane, Navi Mumbai). By booking a service with us, you agree to comply with these Terms.

2. Scope of Work

  • Services: Revamp Homes provides residential and commercial painting services, including Interior Painting, Exterior Painting, Waterproofing, Wood Polishing, and Texture Designing.
  • Measurements: All quotations are based on “Laser Measurements” taken during the site visit. The final chargeable area will be based on actual measurements verified before the start of work.
  • Materials: We strictly use genuine materials from authorized brands (Asian Paints, Berger, Dulux, etc.) as agreed upon in the quotation. Sealed material cans will be opened in front of the client.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • Estimates: Online estimates (via Calculator) are approximate. Final pricing is provided only after a physical site inspection.
  • Payment Schedule:
    • 40% Advance to book the slot and procure materials.
    • 50% Payment upon 50% completion of work.
    • 10% Balance Payment upon project completion and handover.
  • Taxes: GST as applicable will be charged on the final invoice.

4. Client Responsibilities

  • The Client must provide water and electricity supply at the site for the duration of the work.
  • While Revamp Homes provides furniture masking and floor covering, the Client is advised to secure valuable personal items (jewelry, cash, electronics) before work begins. Revamp Homes is not liable for the loss of unsecured valuables.
  • Permissions from Housing Societies/Building Management must be obtained by the Client prior to the start date.

5. 1-Year Service Warranty

Revamp Homes provides a 1-Year Service Warranty on select painting services, subject to the following conditions:

  • Coverage: The warranty covers paint peeling, flaking, and fading due to application defects.
  • Exclusions: The warranty does NOT cover:
    • Dampness or seepage issues arising after painting (unless a specific Waterproofing service was purchased).
    • Physical damage caused by impact, furniture movement, or drilling.
    • Cracks caused by structural movements of the building.
    • Normal wear and tear.

6. Cancellation & Refunds

  • Cancellation by Client: If a project is cancelled after material procurement, the cost of materials and a service fee will be deducted from the advance payment.
  • Delays: Revamp Homes is committed to On-Time Completion. However, we are not liable for delays caused by Force Majeure events (floods, strikes, lockdowns) or delays in Society permissions.

7. Limitation of Liability

Revamp Homes shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the services. Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the service contract.

8. Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mumbai, Maharashtra.
